How we use collected information

We respect the information that we hold on you and take the security of your details very seriously.

Your personal data: company and contact name, address, telephone number/mobile number and email address are stored on Sage software and are never shared with anyone.

They are primarily used to ensure a smooth process, allowing us to provide you with an efficient service and invoicing you on completion.

Our main contact with you is via email, if preferred we can send quotations and invoices via Royal Mail.

Service Works

Your personal data, site address and service history are stored in your invoices on Sage and are used as a reference for future works required.

Information of all sales have to be kept for a period of six years for legal and auditing purposes.

Your Rights

  • Right of Access: to obtain access to and copies of the personal data we hold on you via a subject access request (SAR) within 28 days.
  • Right to Rectification or Erasure: to erase your data, where possible, whilst not breaking our own legal obligations. To require us to correct the data if it is in-correct.
  • Right to Limitation/Objection to Processing: to ask us to stop processing your data.

Data Breach

Every care and effort are taken to ensure that no data breach occurs.

Our computer/s are protected by McAfee.

However, should anything untoward happen, you would be contacted immediately.

Any freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subjects wishes, by which he or she, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing of personal data relating to him or her.
